Your deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damage, outstanding balances, or cleaning fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out per applicable state law.
Yes. All residents must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to or at move-in. We also offer coverage through Foxen.com.
